CANCELLATION POLICY:
A full refund less a $25 procesing and all applicable credit card transaction fees will be granted if cancellation is made at least 45 days prior to arrival. There is no refund if cancellation is made less than 45 days prior to arrival.

Renter agrees to leave the flat clean at their departure.

A monthly rental includes all water, trash pickup, electric, gas, satellite TV, local phone service, and DSL. Long term renters are required to sign a lease and post a security deposit.

Payment in full is due at the time of booking. We accept visa, mastercard, PayPal or check. Payment by check must be received within 10 days of booking your reservation and 3 weeks prior to your stay

$4,500 per month for a one-year lease

All rates and subject are subject to change. Rates may increase during high season and holidays.

All prices are for a furnished flat that includes utilities and maid service. Parking is available at a lot 2 1/2 blocks away for a nominal fee.
